Designed by scientists for scientists, the versatile OB1 MK3+ pressure-driven flow controller provides total flow control for all several applications and experiments related to synthetic cells. It generates positive (pressure) or negative (vacuum) pressure for low or high flow rates, and for short or week-long experiments. This is the ideal instrument for your experiment needs.
It can be configured according to your needs – up to 4 channels and 5 pressure or vacuum ranges available (and other customized options). The instrument can be upgraded at any time according to your needs and experiment developments, in any way you want.
Connect the OB1 MK3+ to a flow rate sensor (MFS) or our premium Coriolis flow sensor (BFS, for both liquid and gas) for absolute control of the flow rate in your chip. The system calculates in real-time the pressure to maintain the desired constant flow rate.
Fully controlled by software, SDK, and UART communication
It is provided with a single and intuitive software to automate the most complex and long experiments. The SDK libraries provide control of the OB1 MK3+ using your own code to connect to other instruments. The MK3+ is also equipped with UART communication protocol in addition to the ESI and SDKs control, allowing it to communicate with most control systems, such as Mac, Linux, Arduino, PLC.

The ESI software can control up to 16 Instruments through the same interface. Thanks to TTL triggers you can synchronize your Elveflow system with any other instrument used in your laboratory (microscope or any electrical instrument … ). The Scheduler is a user-friendly tool to automate complex steps of your experiments and protocols.
