Autonomous: This pressure controller is coupled with an autonomous pressure pump, no need for compressor/gas line
Transportable: weight 1.2kg, small size: 15x15x20 cm
Quick setup: Install your pressure controlled microfluidic experiment in 5 min for the first installation, setup a new experiment in 2 minutes
Accurate: Pressure controller down to 100µbar tuning precision ( 0.0145 psi )
USB control option: Control your pressure controller with your computer using Elveflow® proprietary software (optional)
4 independent outlets pressure controller: Get four independent outlets for your Elveflow® pressure controller (optional)
Both pressure and flow rate control and monitoring: No more need to choose between pressure controller or syringe pump (optional)
Depending on your experiment requirements, there are two options to control your microfluidic experiment with the Elveflow® pressure controller. .
When using directly air pressure in your microfluidic device:
(Exemple of applications: microfluidic valve control)
Step1-2: Plug the Elveflow® pressure controller to an electric plug and turn it ON.
Step 3: Plug your microfluidic chip to the Elveflow® pressure controller
Step 4: Turn the knob of your Elveflow® pressure controller to set the desired pressure
Step5: Switch ON the valve of the Elveflow® pressure controller to put the microfluidic chip at the desired pressure.
At any time you can change the pressure inside the microfluidic chip by turning the knob of the Elveflow® pressure controller. .
If you want to perform flow control of liquids inside you microfluidic device:
(Examples of applications: droplet generation, cell culture medium renewal)
Step 3: Plug your Elveflow® pressure controller to a liquid tank*.
Step4: Connect your microfluidic device and the reservoir.
Step 5: Turn the knob of your Elveflow® pressure controller to set the desired pressure.
Step6: Switch ON the valve of the Elveflow® pressure controller to put the microfluidic chip at the desired pressure.
At any time you can change the pressure inside the microfluidic chip by turning the knob of the pressure controller.
*for more convenient use you can use our microfluidic liquid reservoirs.
