HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is an analytic chemistry technique used to separate, identify and quantify each component of a mixture. While the aim of this short note is not to make some kind of historical background of this field, it is important to know that HPLC is largely the origin of the major advancements concerning Microfluidic Fittings.
