Newest versionning:

We continuously improve our OB1 pressure controller hardware, firmware, communication strategy… If you are in possession of an old OB1 you can contact us to see how it can be upgraded.

Adding channel(s):

Our main product, the OB1 pressure controller can have from 1 to 4 channels. If you buy a system without the full slots filled you can send back the system and add one or several channels to top up 4.

Replacing channel(s):

Elveflow offers a wide range of pressure ranges, 3 x positive (0_200mbar, 0_2000mbar and 0_8000mbar) and 2 duals (-900_1000mbar and -900_6000mbar). It may happen that for any reason the range you have is no longer adapted to your needs. No worry we can replace a range by another.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR DEVICE

Depending on the sensors you might already have, we advise you to check the compatibility of these sensors with the different OB1 versions when requesting for an update of your instrument. Indeed some old sensors are not compatible with the newest OB1 versions.

Can I receive a replacement during the upgrade of my OB1 system?

To minimize the downtime during the upgrade of your OB1 system, we offer the option to rent an equivalent system for up to one month. This allows you to continue your experiments without interruption. For more information, contact our experts.

What is the typical duration for an OB1 upgrade?

The upgrade process for your OB1 typically takes less than two weeks, excluding shipping time. Please note that during the upgrade, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your equipment. If additional repairs are necessary, the process may extend slightly longer.

Is it possible to add any pressure range to an OB1?

Yes, you can add any pressure range to your OB1 if there is an available slot, regardless of the existing channel(s) configuration.
