MPS – MICROFLUIDIC PRESSURE SENSOR

Get high accuracy flow through sensors for high accuracy pressure measurement and internal volume as small as 7.5 µL

Elveflow® provides its customers high accuracy pressure sensor adapted to liquids and compatible with 3/32 ID tubing (Large package version) or 10-32 fittings for 1/16 OD tubing (Small package version). Our liquid pressure sensors are furnished with an M8 electrical connection and can be used with MSR – Microfluidic Sensor Reader for monitoring pressure in the Elveflow® software.

The unique design of the small package version has been optimised to remove dead volume and for low internal volume which makes it a perfect choice for microfluidic applications.

MEASURE AND CONTROL PRESSURE ANYWHERE IN YOUR SETUP

Our pressure sensors work as Gauge pressure sensors, measuring positive and negative pressure relativly to atmospheric pressure. Several pressure ranges are available from 1 psi (70 mBar) to 100 psi (7 bar).

Monitor low liquid flow rate in your  microfluidic setup.

Our liquid pressure sensors can be used with our Sensor Reader for monitoring pressure in the Elveflow® software. Our Smart Interface enables you to control your setup after a few minutes of training.

MSR - MICROFLUIDIC SENSOR READER

MONITORING AND FEEDBACK CONTROL MODULE (OPTIONAL)

02_MSR_Sensor_reader_ELVEFLOW_MICROFLUIDICSA device specifically designed to be used with a pressure sensor for pressure measurements inside your microchannels. The Sensor reader can be used to monitor pressure from any type of flow control instrument (syringe pump, peristaltic pump, perfusion, pressure controller).

1. FLOW READER

Connect the flow reader to your computer via USB and monitor using the Elveflow® Smart Interface.

2. FLOW SENSOR OR PRESSURE SENSOR

Place the sensors anywhere you want on your fluidic path and electrically connect sensors to your flow reader.

3. CHIP / CAPILLARY

Thanks to their small footprint, sensors can be placed anywhere within your fluidic system.
