Confined particles in microfluidic devices

Use case of Elveflow's custom microfluidic instruments

Microfluidics webinar replay

Confined particles in microfluidic devices

Marine Daïeff, research engineer in microfluidics, presents confined particles in microfluidic devices. This webinar was held in April 2020.

“The specific dimensions of microfluidic devices enable to work in confined geometries. This confinement allows a better control over the dimensions and shapes of bubbles, droplets and fibers. Confinement induces also specific characteristics for the transport properties of particles. As a result, it opens the way to new strategies to sort particles out in microfluidic devices depending on their symmetry properties.”
